I did the afternoon one a few months ago, I didnt rate the M3 either, the 911 was good fun though, gears changes were a bit dodgy .....

i could not get into the 911 the gears would not change down when you want them. i did better in the clio cup. got told they are changing the 911 next year not sure if it will be for a new model 911 or different car.

vgd, I didn't finish quite so highly when I did it, what was your best lap time in the JP1 then?

I enjoyed the M3, would like to give it another go, was better than the Jag they used to have ... yes the 911's are a bit of a bodge up (Tiptronic and won't let you change gear as you want).. glad to hear they are being pensioned off..

Anyone up for a CSLreg Palmer day? The PH day was (relatively) good value, will prob do it again next year. (end March/April) .. or we could do a half day one, tho' the full is a cracker.

it was raining when i did the m3 and traction control kept kicking in all the time was annoying. would love to go out again on a dry day. i did a 79sec this time in jp1 was slightly wet track. best time i have done in dry was a 77-78. whats your best time?
