Does the CSL have a different part number than the standard E46 M3 for the front windshield? In some pics I've seen, the CSL windshield has a purple tint to it whereas the standard M3 doesn't.

Purple tint is a 'Climate Comfort' screen - a common upgrade option for both M3 & CSL afaik.

Do you happen to have the part# for the climate comfort windshield?

try below, but if it is the Pink Wheels you are after or Seat Bolster then they are aftermarket!!

haha. Turns out our US cars don't get that option of climate comfort windshield
