Hi All,

just posting as a new CSL owner, as of yesterday.

I have been a member on the MLR and the PH Porsche section in case anyones been on there too?

Not had the car long, and the first day was pouring down and spent most of the night cleaning it. Today, took it to Grassicks in Perth for a full check over and had to take a little detour through a bone dry country road. Wow! What a car, but WHAT a noise! Just what I've been after as my previous car was seriously lacking in this area!

Looking forward to chat and finding out more about these awesome cars.

Cheers,
Stevie

As you know from your short time driving it they are an awesome awesome car.
I will miss mine for sure.
Totally different than your evo's stevie
Two complety different cars, both awesome in their own rights.
And certainly punch above their weight as mine proved on many an mlr trackday.

Enjoy.

And you are right about this forum, it seems bellends are kept away, me being the exception to the rule;):hahaha:

They are a great bunch on here,

You just joined? Where are you now, still in GOM?

Might have to have a blether with you next time we're both home, fancy getting onto the Rigs/FPSO's in the next couple of years.

Apologies for thread Hijack,

Cheers Lads!

Few things I'm going to search for now;

Seat Adjustment
Tyre Choice
Wheel Alignment

Its in at Grassicks in Perth for a full check over and apart from a tyre and a slightly shudder clutch when cold its been given the A-Okay.

We deal in cars and have had the pleasure in dealing with Grassicks for over 20years - a lovely position to be in having the CSL with the extended warranty and some real allies to back it up :)

I had to apologies to poor Kimberly as I must have phoned about three time to see how it was. I'm just desperate to get it back!!

Supposed to be going to the pub tomorrow, but if the weathers this good, I think I'll be heading out Calender direction!

Stevie

Hahaha, I wouldnae worry man - I'm a wee guy with specs lol 5'9" to be precise!

Sites excellent, only bettered by the car its self, absolutely love it. WAY more hardcore than I ever thought an E46 could EVER be. We sell alot of BMWs, mostly 3-Series, so to get in an E46 in the CSL guise its a bit of a shock!

Building my confidence with every trip, haven't had a RWDer since my CS 2 1/2 years ago. Just came from a 996tt which had insane grip levels!

Cheers,
Stevie

Hi Derek,

Your CSL wasn't in the other day was it? Good to hear from a local!

Do you ever take yours on KH? Been on in my old Evo and 996tt, not sure the std brakes would stand up to the huge demands of the KH circuit? Would be good to find out?

Cheers,
Stevie
