CSL plaque help

Alright guys, I'm trying to source a plaque from my local BMW dealers but not having much luck.

The guy I've spoke to a few times in not really any help at all he says mine hasn't had one in the past but doesn't know how to get one :banghead:

Just wondered if anyone can give me the details of the garage that you know will get them

Not that simple im afraid !

All CSL's were allocated one, in a pack , some dealers stuck em on the car, other's just gave the plague in an envelope to new owners.

Some owners never put them on, and then sold them at a high price, think when they come up +100 squid average there going for.

So in a nutshell, if yours was given to the first owner on delivery, they simply can't / won't be able to get you a second one, if your lucky ( only a small few ) might.

Prob time for Marky to come along, as he did have one for sale... :whistle:

Give my local dealer a ring,they got one for me,as my CSL had never been issued one.Its Ocean BMW,Falmouth,Cornwall.01326375100.Ask for Ian Bowden in parts.

I managed to get one, you need to get your dealer to speak with BMW GB and request one.

Memories - My folks used to live just around the corner from there and prior to that (circa 1991 -> 1995) ran The Quayside Inn in town. Normal pub upstairs, real ale house downstairs and EVERY single malt available too :smokin:
