So here it is ... just about the most mental thing ive driven ever, to the point of your on edge all the time, it's just stupid stupid quick, running full carbon doors, carbon bonnet, KW 3 way race kit, cage, Recaro Full carbon seats, schroth harnesses, 650 bhp, on direzza'z with lightweight OZ rims, and titanium race system ... :smokin: had my heart beating rather fast last night

GTR needs to be back in germany tomorrow, for some additional work, repair carbon splitter / and parts fitted, so being shipped off later this eve, so plan is im going jump in as a passenger Oct 1 to the ring ( still not sure whats happening with the CSL ) and collect the GTR back when I get there, spend the weekend with it, and run it back to the UK :smokin:

So im now the owner of a F150 lightning, with 450 odd bhp, lambo doors , and race exhaust :hahaha: pissed it down ( monsoon ) last night when I collected and was proper hairy coming back, in fact was quite glad not to be in the GTR on direzza's with all that power....

Who did the doors and what sort of quality are all the carbon parts, as good as our OEM roofs for example, also do the doors 'flex' at higher speeds and allow any wind noise?

Somewhere in germany, it's had no expense spared on that GTR full carbon doors that looks OEM, god knows how much, but I bet they were not fooking cheap :119:

No flex, mind you the whole thing squeaked and rattled as running a full race suspension set up, 3 way KW , with half cage, was built purely for speed, and track work .. handful on the road the other eve ..

Will have to treat it with respect at the ring and home :smokin:

Sounds awesome, I know someone who can make them (amongst other things), seriously want to find out, I'd sooner the car lose some weight than gain power, muchos better off ;) :smokin:
