Don't tell me you will remove the radio before entering the track.
Come on boys, that's too much
You can remove 4lt of the windscreen washer fluid tank and save 4 kilos, instead of the 2 kilos the radio adds :supz:

LOL :hahaha:
I'm removing it as it's pointless! I cannot hear the radio whilst driving due to SS exhaust and road noise unless i turn it up to ridiculous volumes - which make the doors vibrate (in a chav way)! I now use my iPhone + headphones for music
I will also be removing all of the speakers ;)

Nice bit of kit there Roberto, why don't you just get it over with and strip it completely ready to race?

Does anyone know if the other CF bits on the dash can be bought as OEM bits? I want to put some more CF in but the only option I have found is through CA Automotive who appear to just cover the existing part rather than making a new entirely CF piece. I do not see the point of getting CF if you are going to add weight too the car and not lesson it by a few grammes - surely the whole point of CF!

If your CSL originally had no stereo - then yes.

Hi Rob, it's looking great!
btw did someone copy your red rims? i've seen a CSL at the ring last weekend :smokin:

Yes, I saw it too and just assumed was Glendog. My spot was on the Nurburgring camera completely by chance I thought I would have a look and saw the red wheeled CSL doing a three point turn away from the tolls with another CSL (black from memory) just coming off the track behind.
I assumed the following black CSL would could not keep up (slower!) and decided to have a rest instead of relapping hence the red wheeler turning around.

Im not an audio type so dont shoot me down, can you remove your head unit and have some sort of lead that you can just plug your iphone into so it can be used (radio, music and sat nav), not through headphones but through the current speaker set up?
