Noticed there are a few night owls on here..

I love a good kip....more so of late (at least 7/8 hours). Am I just getting old ?What do people usually get by on ?

I thought you required less sleep as you get older, I still like my 8 hours or so, but don't have the long lie-ins of my younger years!

I need more sleep but don't get it! :bigcry: :banghead: I usually go to bed around 11pm but am always awake by 5am on the dot, then snooze lightly until 6am, then awake again when the alarm goes off at 7am! :bigcry: :banghead: :(
