How many left hookers

I've been offered a new job abroad, but I don't think this will stop me in my search for a CSL. Does anyone know how many left hookers there were sold in Europe. I'm planning on getting one still, but Qatar doesn't allow right hand drive cars so I'll be searching Europe for a wrong 'un.

Any advice appreciated.

I think there was 1500 CSL so a left hooker should not be too hard to find.

I Think this months BMW Performance Mag Highlights the Breakdown on Which Country Got How many i cant remember but ill dig it up for you i do know the UK got a lot more than Even Germany got! :thumbs:

I'm sure I spotted a LHD SG CSL in Pistonheads this week that's been converted into a drop-top?! If that's your bag of course...!!

Mark, according to Bmw France only 15 Csl were allocated For french market and not 60 units

the 15 units were not even totally sold at the end of 2003, 2 were shipped back to germany (one to spain...? but not shure)

9 units seen and indentified with owners or license plates since other seen with license plate, nut owner not indentified

today only 13 are knowed and locaded around France as original French Csl sold by bmw dealers

the 3 others unit knowed , but private import from german market has second hand Csl

one LHD Csl has been shipped to the sultan of Bruneï for his private collection.

one Csl seen in Bmw dealer for sale on the caribbean island last year as a second hand with around 8000miles (Bmw @ Fort de France)

2 LHD in Malaysia too and i've seen one in sinpapore (LHD too) a few month ago
