Certainly there's no CSL-specific part listed on the BMW parts database (put that part number into www.realoem.com and it shows as being used on the std M3 and also CSL).

I think this also means that NZ_M3's "differences list" needs correcting as it has this same part number.

I imagine the dealer could check back with the factory and see if it's an oversight, error, or what.

Realoem for some reason states the lever as leather, anthracite for some reason?! i just dont want to order the wrong part as its not returnable :(

With regards to this, if you want a NEW CSL Alcantara handbrake grip part, U have to buy the whole metal hand brake lever with the Alcantara handle glued on, as one piece :banghead:. Good news is it's only about £50 + VAT - any discount you can get
BMW part number: B34.41.2.282.662

Good value by M3 CSL standards, as everything CSL seems to be "Bag of Sand" (£1000) these days :bigcry:

Set of 19" CUPs = at least a GRAND
Set of 18" PHAT TD tyres = about a GRAND
SS back box noise solutions = at least a GRAND
BBK replacement discs & pads = at least a GRAND
CSL Insurance for some = that'll be another GRAND

Ignore the crap I wrote there. The non-CSL application for that part is on the M3 CS which is where I got confused :banghead:.

cheers mate, that is the same part number i have. i guess it could be an error on Realoem with it stating its leather!
