hello i'am charly ,new owner of a csl ,
but i have a noise^problem
i hear a noise from the dif area,
i have mount a new dif but the noise is still there!
somwone can help me?

He has got a cracking noise noise coming from the diff (wich is new)

He fits a new diff, yes. Noise is exactly the same, yes. Rules diff out probably.

Possibly driveshaft knackered. :thumbs:

i only have the noise when i steering (brutaly)from left to right and from right to left.
its the noise like you have a hole in a plate and pull a bolt treu it(the noise of the dread on the bolt springing )

Most of the M3 diffs do this, as its a LSD.

Did you use the modified LSD oil with additive, it quietens the diff down a treat.

wheel bearings not
and the joints not the upper have whe replaced also
