Adrian Flux are consistent and are M car / CSL friendly. They DONT require a tracker either which some do if you breach 30K value
So....
£600 on the nose for myself
32, Company Director, No points (yet), no claims and includes the brake upgrade (Alcons) at a declared addition of £4500.
This quote also includes my brother (29) although I never let him drive it. :hahaha:

I'm with Competition Car Insurance, £535 fully comp, all mods declared, wife on policy + 4 x track days insurance also included.
I'm 36, married, 13 years no-claims, no points (fuck knows how!), living in a reasonably safe postcode area, mileage cap of 7,500 miles.

With CCI here, as my cage was an issue with one of the companies funnily enough !! ... reading between the lines, I got the impression they were really thinking
" why do we want to take a risk on an overweight, 52 year old from a dodgy postcode, driving a CSL with a cage which MAY induce him to go that bit faster cos he thinks its safer and run out of talent "
Car has to be registered private with Flux, they wont insure if a compoany car which of course mine is ... corporate tool you see !:supz:

Duncan I think they were thinking mature experienced male not trying to impress females with his physic or car who carried out risk assesment and purchased a roll cage for his and passenger safety at the expense speed as more weight added. Used as a company motorway car for high mpg as the car is light and aerodynamic.

Very odd.

Unfortunately, they have by far been the cheapest in the past owing to my 'risk profile', i.e.
26 years old
London address
car kept outside
Will try the brokers again when the time is right, but i suspect it'll be the same story as last year!

Move to Devon or Cambridge for 60% discount :hahaha: I'm with CCI and paid £502 all in (7500 miles/year limit) with very similar profile to G-Dog also but my CSL is garaged and in a good Cambridge post code :blalalala: ;)
BTW Have you tried L.V. ? A friend of mine did with his 2006 Z4M Coupe in a London SE post code and got a quote of about £780 ... worth a shot

Duncan where is the link to your write up on the 'incident', I do not think that I have seen the story. As a fellow warranty holder it is always interesting to hear the score on claims.

I just renewed with CCI (Competition Car Insurance) again as they were the best once again. I did try Richard Eggar and Keith Michaels but they both said they couldn't beat CCI this time.
Fully Comprehensive on road, includes 5 x Track Days cover.
Car garaged at safe postcode (Cornwall), all mods declared, valued at £24k.
I'm 36, married, 14 years no-claims, no points.
