Right broke the car out of winter storage this weekend so changed the RTAB's and fitted a limiter kit, gave it a wash and spotted it has 1500miles until the Insp 2 is due.
So basically looking for somewhere in Scotland that can carry out this and also double check my geometry.
Main Dealer in Aberdeen is out as he is very very pricey.
Been told Perth so looking for suggestions and recomendations please?
Would consider travelling south but would need to be a massive saving for 2 reasons. 1: the costs involved with getting there and overnight accom etc & 2: Im Scottish ;)

I recently got quoted £1050 at Phoenix in Kirkcaldy. I should be able to get them down a bit as always use them and can't really fault them. Not too far from you too.
My Dad used to use Menzies in Stirling but has now started travelling to Kirkcaldy also. I was in the other day and you wouldn't find a more friendly bunch of people. They get my Vote.
Have heard good things about Grassicks in Perth also. Keep us posted on how you get on.

Not at all, i will travel the country if the service is good and there is a sufficent saving to be had over Aberdeen.
Aberdeen just dont have time for anyone who is not in there spending the best part of £50K on a car.
Oil Capital of Europe so they charge on that title :bigcry: :bigcry: :bigcry:

Cotswold BMW (Gloucester/Cheltenham) also have a decent reputation from what i've read before, as well as being very keenly priced for 'M' servicing costs.

I use Cotswold Cheltenham. Good servicing price and have always done a good job for me. Seen several CSL's in there place as well.
Just don't let them wash your car!:banghead: In fact, ask them to put a big f*ck off notice on the window "DO NOT WASH".

Did you give Phoenix a call or have you had bad experiences with them?

Waiting on calls back from both Phoenix and Eastern.
Always worries me when they have to take extra time to confirm the price that's come up on the computer screen :bigcry: :bigcry: :bigcry:

All prices are in and we have a £300 difference between my local dealer and Murketts with everyone else hovering in between.
In total i have priced the job from 6 dealers so now have to decide if i travel south and use the savings Murketts will give to use on fuel and have a night or two away.

Let us know who you use in the end, i'm in Morayshire (Elgin) and am wondering about going south for the best service options also. Been out in Canada working for 5 weeks, miss the CSL nearly as much as the wife.:whistle::whistle:
