:( :( How sad to see it like this, I've heard it's now back with the Wheatcroft family but don't know their intentions for it at the moment...

Christ, that is a sorry sight. The track itself doesn't look like it'd take a lot of work to get back into shape, but that central spectator area is a right mess.

Such a shame!
I blame that short arse idiot who runs F1. If he hadn't offered the British Grand Prix to Donington in the first place, none of this would have happened. He was just venting his long running spat with Silverstone to get what he wanted - little man syndrome!

Yeah because all tarmacadam contractors are pikeys aren't they....
Though you are right, give us two/three days and the trench crossings would be sorted, different story for the landscaping I fear.
We could even stick around for the re-opening and sell some peggs on the gate.

I might need some lucky heather if you ask nicely! :bigcry: ;)
The track will take some sorting, but as has been said the rest of Donny isn't anywhere near at the moment :(
Ecclestone is a cunt, plain and simple, I'm glad his Mrs fucked him off and raped his bank account a la McCartney! :bigcry: :bigcry: :bigcry:
We've got rid of that racist pervert Max Mosley just need rid of the short arse twat now, but then this isn't about F1

Doesn't look half as bad as i'd feared it would - should be easy enough to sort if they get someone decent in to do the work.

Well let's hope they do as I've never actualy been around the track in a car, have walked it and been to Donny on many ocassion's but that doesn't count! :hahaha: :(

Makes great reading, excellent news. I always remember Donnington on TOCA Touring Car on the ORIGINAL Playstation, haahaa! Need to get there one day for real!
Bugger me Baz that's going back some! But you are right, it was on there, I've still got the game!! Lol
I've done plenty of static shows there and have watched track days in the process (mainly with the RS Owners Club) but would love to drive the track one day!
