View Full Version : Buying an Audi Q5 - any ideas?

Seeming as most people on this forum appear to be quite intelligent and give out some fairly useful advice, I thought I would ask about buying a Q5, not for me, my dear mother wants one. I have never bought a car "brand new" from a dealer before, the sales bloke says that they are very difficult to get at the moment and only offered £500 discount! With my inexperience of finding a brand new car, has anyone got any contacts who can help me out here? For the sake of re-sale value / hassle, I don't want to get a grey import, since they are more difficult to sell and only come with 2 years warranty. I'm prepared to travel nearly anywhere in the UK to get the right deal, delivery time isn't really an issue either. It would be an outright purchase with no finance or part-ex.

Thanks,
Simon.

Try drivethedeal.com or somewhere similar, to get alternative quotes ?

Speak to Julian Preston at South Hereford Audi and tell him Mr Bray recommended him to you. They deliver vehicles all over the country (i live in London and have had vehicles delivered here and my parents have had cars delivered to Dorset).

He's been there years and we know him very well. He'll be honest with you and if he can do a deal he will do.
