Door protector strip coming away

A bit of a boring one but one that others may find useful!

A few weeks back my passenger side door trim protector strip started to separate away from the door. I removed it to see what the cause was and it was apparent that several of the plastic clips that hold it in place had broken.

So, i went to my local Stealers and bought 9 replacement clips at 36p each! The old ones simply prise off and new ones click into place. Press strip back into place working from forward end to rear - Simples! :thumbs:

I have left the strip on since the Ring last November. Haven't been out in the car much since though.

Thansk for this Rob - ordered some clips in to do my passenger strip as it was coming away at the edge of the door. Turned out it was actually another problem whereby the black plastic was coming away from the strip which some Araldite fixed and replaced the clips anyway. :thumbs:
