How well does the little window on the OEM battery work to show the health of the battery?
Mine was clearly black, and flat as a pancake so stuck a CTEK on it for around 24hours and it has gone in to maintenence mode now but that little "dot" still looks black to me :whistle:

The batteries are quite strong, was it completely dead or could you just not start?

Eitherway Ive had mine completely flat, nothing working in the car not even the drop down windows, and after jump starting it and driving it for a while it was fine.

Sorry I cant help with the eye thing, although I dont think mine looked very green, so maybe its a dark green (almost black)?
