Anyone got a deposit down for the forthcoming E92 CSL ?

I'm on a waiting list (but no cash deposit)..... I think HenCSL has a deposit down (for some time now from memory) ?

Just wonder if the next CSL will depreciate like mad (initially) like the E46 - its the only thing that would put me off to be honest.

The E46 CSL at its current price is a performance bargain IMHO :)

Deposits down in two different dealers. One has been down since September 06 the other since January 08.

First on the list at both.

I've had a deposit down since early February this year. I moved it from an E92 M3 (which I'd had on order from Sept 07) after having a dealer demo for 3 days & came away prefering to keep my CSL.

I had a call from my dealer today.
He said that they have had confirmation that details of the forthcoming E92 CSL will be released in 3-4 months time (spec, options etc).

Sounds as though 2009 will be see the first models

If there's one coming along then they've kept it more secret than Area 51!

The nearest we've come to seeing one is some normal looking M3 with it's rear seats removed, which let's face it could be anything. We just don't know.

At least when we bought the original in June 2003 we'd already seen 1) The prototype in 2002 and 2) a production one up close in May 2003.

I know what you mean.
I'm pretty confident it is coming though

I know the boss man said they would be producing more CSL in an interview, so fingers crossed. Had them crossed for years already :-D
