what shape code pads do the CP5555 use front and back alex?
AP page i guess is this one
http://www.apracing.com/info/products.asp?product=+M3+E46+%2D+Front+6+Piston+Ki t+CP5555%2D1037+%2D+18mm+Thick+Pad%3Cbr%3E%3Cimg+b order%3D%222%22+src%3D%22http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Eapraci ng%2Ecom%2Fpics%2Fproductpics%2FBMW%5FM3%5FE46%5F1 %2Ejpg%22%2F%3E_2733_2715
Not sure what the difference is but looks like discs are the same as CP5575 callipers but normal 18 inch M3 wheels dont fit so i wonder if CP5575 was produced because they wanted the OEM 18 inch rim market using them?
What about the whole fookin brochure Shim !:hahaha:

:hahaha::hahaha::hahaha::hahaha::hahaha:
youve got a lot to learn!
give these guys too much info and theyll be sellotaping EVO pads onto their Sierra callipers and Nova Race discs:bigcry:;)

I think (someone may want to check) but 1903 are the ones for the cp5555 kit, which fit at a push the cp5575 kit.:thumbs: when i searched your kit had evo all over it?

yes looks like thats right so just a 1mm thickness change in pad
i think thye found out the CP5555 doesnt fit under OEM 18 inch M3 rims and adapted it to suit and hence the 17mm pads change

Yes, the discs are the same. The CP-5555 is a bit bigger (and works with a 18mm thick pad while the 5575 works with a 17mm thick pad).
Also, I think the reason of the CP5575 is what you mentioned (to fit in OEM 18").
I am not sure about the pad codes (didn't investigate yet).
I did get a brand new set of PF pads with the brakes (from the nice Swiss guy that sold them to me). I will check later, when I am back at home.
on the AP site they mention 362mm discs with the CP5555, might fit (very tight)? 356mm are on my AP kit

The kit with the CP-5555 is this (for the M3) -> http://www.apracing.com/info/products.asp?product=+M3+E46+%2D+Front+6+Piston+Ki t+CP5555%2D1037+%2D+18mm+Thick+Pad%3Cbr%3E%3Cimg+b order%3D%222%22+src%3D%22http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Eapraci ng%2Ecom%2Fpics%2Fproductpics%2FBMW%5FM3%5FE46%5F1 %2Ejpg%22%2F%3E_2733_2715

I see...
CP5555-1035 = evo
CP5555-1037 = M3

CP5555 callipers fit loads of cars but didnt fit under the 18" OEM M3 rims so they angle ground off soem of the side and made the CP5575
