So decided to go to the unit to collect the rest of the CSL parts, and a women decides to pull straight out on me causing severe damage to the Type-R.
Damage = Foot, neck and then bumper, bonnet, slam panel, aircon pre-rad, radiator then god knows what else.

Unlucky mate - could have been worse at higher speed i suppose. I think maybe it's time you should consider calling for taxis or to 'let the train take the strain'...

I'm going back to a brightly coloured car, gonna sell my right arm and buy a yellow Gallardo... and it'll cost that much to run I can't drive it anywhere so it reduces the accident risk lol.

Hi there guys,
Long time lurker, first time poster.
Sorry to hear about that crash. FWIW, over here, the guy driving the Van is at fault, and is liable for the bill.
Illegally parked across a solid yellow line, and closer than 10m to an intersection without marked parking bays.
His only way out, is if his car has broken down (hence the use of his hazards). If this is not the case then he should be very nervous.
Hope you got his details too mate.
Cheers guys

Glad you not too badly injured Craig ... with your luck mate I wouldnt even walk for fear of someone running me down on the pavement !
Definiteley get van details as he certainly contributed, but on the downside, it gives her mitigating circumstances also, Insurance people can be right tawts when it comes to apportioning blame ! Any CCTV cams about ? Good that you had your lights on, she doesnt and it looks dull. And you havent even cleared the junction before hitting her, good picture, fingers crossed.

Yeh, I guess my blame lays with her, and its up to her insurance to chase the van? I refused to move the car till I had enough pictures and the damage to mine is from her front corner as she turned into me, if you get what I'm saying, it wasnt a t-bone.
