What's the world total production number of the M3 CSL ?

As per above title, I was just wondering how many BMW E46 M3 CSL were produced, world wide? We all know that there were 422 RHD CSLs produced for the UK market, in the Six months of production between July and December 2003. We also know that the Americans didn't get any :blalalala:, but how many LHD CSL were made world wide ? and were there any other RHD CSLs produced (outside of the 422 RHD UK cars) specifically for Australian, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, etc markets or are these all ex UK Imported cars ? I know that most, if not all CSLs in Japan are European LHD Imports (by Japanese preference to originality of LHD German design + COOL status :smokin:) despite Japan being RHD country. Does anyone know exact numbers ?

Sorry to bump an ancient thread and sorry if it's been answered but does anyone know why there's a discrepancy between the plaque and the numbers on howmanyleft.co.uk

Are there a load of unregistered cars somewhere? Did some never make it to the UK? The peak seems to be Q4 2007 with 346 taxed +18 sorn = 364 cars, which means there are 58 cars unaccounted for?

The plaque was a UK thing so I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't count correctly.

Just on Pistonheads reading the CSL Section and I think there's one less RHD CSL bad accident @ SPA got no more details just hope the driver was ok.

There is nothing to say that the website is accurate. After I catalogued the entire production run, I found that the UK got 419 cars not including pre-production and "restricted VIN access cars".
