I'm giving drifting a go at Oulton Park on Saturday.

Nope, my business partner is at that in his evo ix, so im holding the fort.:banghead:.
What time is it on saturday, as Im in work am so would not be there until 2pm ish,
I take it you are doing it in the csl??

It's an all day event so should finish about 4ish, yes doing it in the CSL.

Called earlier but didnt stay long, looked as if you were having fun :thumbs: plenty of spins and trips across the grass :hahaha: good to watch a CSL & new M3 on there.
Sorry didnt get chance to say hello, only called in for half an hour and you never came off circuit ;)

Have they done anything about the rough edges of the track yet? Last time I was there is fooked 3 wheels when I went off track, which I did consistently trying to get an RS4 to drift :banghead:

Were you in 1st gear by the way? It sounds like it... 2nd is best for that circuit.

Right.. I used to just start off in 2nd and do the whole course in that gear. Same with the other more twisty circuit :thumbs:

There were a few cones in places but all in all it was ok & i enjoyed it, wouldn't mind doing it again sometime :thumbs:

Anyone remember about 3 years ago before Oulton bought their own water bowser? They paid the local farmer to go round with his.... which of course was normally filled with the worst kind of manure :hahaha:
It's the only time I've caught Ebola from touching my car's door handle :thumbs:
