As title. I'm getting my car wrapped, but I don't know what colour to go for.
1. Full carbon fibre
2. Matt black
3. Ice White
4. Bright orange
5. Bright green
6. Other options
I'm torn between White or matt black, more pulled to White.
Any pics of all the above colours on the csl?
I've seen a green, an orange, and the White one, any more detailed pics?

The matt White is very expensive. Twice the price per sheet I was told. White is still pulling me!

Not sure if you're doing the CSL or the M mate, but if it's the CSL... click here (http://www.americancarzone.com/forums/european-cars/14490-rare-alphine-white-m3-csls.html) with a box of tissues by your side...
Even an M looks pretty good white though...

Or how about an M with a CSL bumper...

Think white is great colour for csl full stop
Matt black for some and could be more of last years fashion also.
Either white or black, either is great.
Is this for the CSL? You not selling up now?

No! I could not bring myself to sell it. I drove it you see. They are simply awesome and I don't think it is replaceable this side of 70k for me anyway! I'm gonna do either matte black or White 100%. Just need to see some more matte black csl's now!

One question is steves White one wrapped or painted. I'd search but I'm on I phone 3g because router is playing up. Bt grrrr !

Deffo white mate - never tire of looking at those cars in white, the E46 M series really suits it imho.
Matt black is quite cool but i think the novelty would wear off and end up looking a tad chav!

I do like this one, with all the matching yellow kit on it
great as a track car, maybe a tad over the top for an everyday-er
Don't think it works in matt black, not enough solid creases to the bodywork. Maybe if you had a vorsteiner bonnet or something. Matte/gloss White is the way to go.

The Matt black looks stunning but it seems everyone is doing that colour....Not sure about carbon fibre though, think that would be a bit naff...Now it's also been done before but the Orange or Green I've seen looks stunning.

My csl is definitely not a daily driver, so the matte black would still look fresh everytime I drive it. I'm now torn. Ahhh. Matte black with carbon mirrors, roof, vents and grilles and rear diffuser with black wheels. Or White with all the above. :banghead:

I always wanted to get an art car design done. Obviously the artwork cost will be huge compared to a plain vinyl.
Wrapped my NSX in satin black, because it doesn't mark quite as easily as matt. Although, i'm not sure how much is in it because it marks with the slightest touch! Alcohol cleans it...
Here she is fresh...(done by racoon btw).

It is a '95 3.0 with the '02 facelift body and NSX-R lights, spoilers etc. Currently the engine is pretty much stock but has had a rebuild (circa 320bhp). The electronics cost more than the car itself, but that's because over winter its getting 450bhp and a Hewland 'box:thumbs:

My Strad was covered in some new stuff, its film, but painted with real paint (it smells like fresh paint) It can be detailed, cut back, mopped to a high shine just like proper paint, and there are some unreal finishes, metalflake, pearlescants etc etc Its called Paintfilm, my car was the first car in the UK to be done, if you speak to Tom there and mention my name, he might do you a good deal being one of the first cars. The colours are definately in another league.
My car is ultraflake ice white with a carbon stripe. In anything other that direct bright light its a flat, very crisp white, in sunlight, it sparkles and shimmers, it looks awesome. The wheels were done black chrome by Sportscar Protection and set the white off a treat.. TBH I have been ripped relentlessly by the Ferrari community for doing it, ruining the originality, but at the end of the day its reversible, so I see no problem at all, in fact, I may be going bright yellow soon

not a clue mate, it will be more than a vinyl wrap, but having said that its FAR superior and more resilient than a vinyl wrap, he wrapped my Rarri and told me to "try to destroy it", after two runs across Europe with other supercars, no normal protection film on it, the wrap was hardly touched, very impressive. Give Tom a bell tell him I sent you mate:thumbs:
