Hi I've not had my csl that long what does the m track button do on the steering wheel does it give you more bhp and stiffen the suspension up. thanks

Read your handbook, Or better still when buying a 30k ish car, research it first

I have an E46 318i ... if I fit one of these M track buttons, will it give me more BHP too? :smt017

Lee, it allows the DSC to be less DSC-like! Sooooo it will allow you to drift a little more but the DSC will still kick in if you over cook it...

and on the serious side of things.. never trust it 100% that the DSC will kick in and save the day.. always be on alert to catch the tale if it tries to escape.. I managed to loose it 2 times with Track Mode ON in extremly slippery conditions.. in both cases the car stalled.. and at one of them I came extremely close to a TESCO metal barrier..:whistle:
