I had my car for sale earlier this year, and then changed my mind very quickly....

However, I have barely used the car since then and have got that "selling" feeling again.
It just sits in the garage, and even if I bring it to work, it's only 1.5 miles from home! Sitting here typing this, I am very close to sticking it back up for sale................. :bigcry:

same here TBH mate, took it off Pistonheads, but thinking about putting it back on purely because I have too many track orientated cars, CS, CSL, Lotus Sunbeam, M3 e36, M3 E46, its ridiculous :hahaha:
That makes 3 of us
Think I'll get something else for the Winter and decide next year...

Glad I don't feel the same! :smokin: Haven't driven mine for 3/4 weeks but I know that when I do it'll feel even more special. I was plotting a way to get out in it tonight for an hour after the kids get to bed but it's started raining.:bigcry:

Well, I'm going to be sitting here eagerly awaiting your cars to go up for sale. ;)

????????? Mine is already on here for sale mate, just removed it from Pistonheads, fed up of stupid offers and no brainer p/ex's. Given that Engleberts has just sold for north of £30k with 2k miles less I reckon mine is cheap.

Yeah, I know mate. I do really like yours, and the black is growing on me. I'm not quite in the position to buy at the moment, but when I am, I will certainly consider yours if it's still available.
My situation at the moment is that I'm currently out of work (between contracts). I sold the RS4 to give me a bit of security until I find another contract. Once I do, the money from the RS4 will go back into another car. The quicker I find something, the more I'll have to put into a CSL.

ME too, as long as they are Silver Grey, in good condition and reasonably priced.

Bloody hell Tim - if you actually used it as Munich intended then you'd soon lose the 'selling' feeling once again. I thought you loved the car again with Miltek fitted? :banghead:
You should have joined a few of us at Donny and Oulton last month...

I have made my mind up.....................................
I AM selling.... :bigcry:
It is a gut wrenching decision, but has come from various factors, time & money being the main ones. It must be to do with becoming a father, last year I would (to quote another) "eaten tins of beans" rather than let the CSL go, but I have grown up responsibilities now. Being grown up sucks!!! :hahaha:
I will decide on a price today and will be putting a new thread in the for sale section. I love this car and will miss it, but do plan on replacing it with another CSL next year when time/money permit.

If it's a Silver Grey one, around 60K miles with not too many previous owners, fanatically looked after with plenty of paperwork + Full Service History and priced reasonably them give me a shout as I'm on a SERIOUS hunt for one like that. I'm hoping to view Jeff's car over the weekend (despite having almost 70K on the clock and SIX previous owners) as it seems a VERY clean example  with all the RIGHT bits done... Recent Inspection 2 , NEW tires all round on freshly referbished wheels , Milltek & Suppersprint 100 cell cats  and the ALL important BMW Warranty.
Feel free to Peee Emm me some details of your car.

before fatherhood I drove a series of rather boring BMW 3 series, the kids came, I took up motorbikes, then started racing them, then started buying fast cars. It definately had the oppo effect on me :hahaha::hahaha::hahaha:
