much faster although in Robs case thats not very difficult, turning the engine off and freewheeling down Craners and hed be faster,

You need the limiter kit and pref new OEM bushes as well

Curtosy of Turner

The rear trailing-arm bushing limiter kit creates a stiffer suspension without sacrificing ride quality. These kit is a perfect upgrade from stock without the harshness of "race-only" bushings. By combining these limiters with stock bushings, this is a great low cost and effective suspension performance enhancer. By limiting the amount of side-to-side movement of the stock bushing , drivers will have increased driver feel because of the reduction of toe variation due to the squirm of the stock rubber bushings. The bushings will also have longer life. This is also an advantage because many BMW’s have issues with the stock bushings ripping and tearing over time. Some stock class racing series even allow this kind of modification, because the stock bushing is still being used. Kit includes: 4-Blue anodized aluminum bushing limiters, eight 5mm allen bolts and a drilling template.

Simpsons, Thorney and BMS all do them but i am pretty sure they get them from Turner in USA. (Thorney may correct me but i know he doesnt fabricate them:bigcry: so buys them from somewhere)

Turner are pretty reliable and huge

The most essential mod IMO, especially as it's cheap.

Not just if you track - for the road it's essential too.

How they thought it was acceptable to let them leave the factory the way they did is mind boggling :hahaha: :hahaha: :clown:
