Well after 16 months my lovely CSL has know been sold :bigcry:....Yes it was a shock to me as well.
A few things has happened over the last few weeks one of them being that the family car went bang and that with 2 kids we needed a decent every day car.....so an E60 525D touring has been purchased for my wife. I still have my TVR T350T for fun days but the CSL was easier to sell quickly and my car dealer mate wanted it more than the TVR.....
So it's been a great 16 months and this has to be the most informative and friendly forum I've had the pleasure to be involved in...As with most who have gone I will stick around....And with most I'm sure I will regret her going and will be back at some stage.
Anyway thanks for the advice and help especially Mark with his videos and vast knowledge.......
Oh if anyone wants a well cared for CSL its here....

Great shame Andy, im sure you will be back in one in no time or something better! I must say Ive always know you as the one with the truly outstanding photos taken by your friend Garath.
Does that mean November@Goodwood you wont be attending, or will you have another toy by then? ;)

Looks like I will be in Paris but if mot I will bring the TVR T350T but not sure if it will pass the noise test.....Have you gone onto the Maserati forum yet as you have until the 11th Sept to confirm. It was a great day last year so would highly recommend.

CSL Flatters your driving and makes you feel like you can take on Schey. Very easy to get in a drive fast...The T350T takes time to master...no ABS, no traction control, plastic and 360bhp...You do have to learn how to drive it fast and give it a little respect or it will kill you.
The other thing is the CSL made me drive like a hooligan every time I took it out where as the T350 doesn't as it so bloody loud. But saying that it's bizare that the TVR is easier to drive in normal driving conditions...I think thats because it's not egging you on to drive like you stolen it... The other thing is that the TVR is no where near as polished as the CSL...It's a rough diamond.
I will def miss the CSL....

Jesus I thought you'd be the last one out Andy. Thanks a million for all the advice to date, and I hope I can still continue to annoy you with stupid questions.
Hope to see you soon.

Cheers Andy, a bit as I imagined one to be, may drive one someday. Wouldn't swap the CSL for one but have considered swapping my Cooper S for one but don't think I could use it everday. . .

Never had any issues just a service (there's the kiss of death)...as long as you warm then up before giving it some they are pretty good...lots of horror stories of engines going bang but if you go for a later car then they are much better...2004 on....most of the problems were sorted by then.
