thank you
350 at the wheels ( actually its 347....)..in a month or so a new dyno plot..its pretty quick for an N/A M3...

as much as i would like to rev it higher i cant...the maximum is @9k rpm...
we have a limitation with our oil pump...to maintain a 5bar pressure in our oil cycle inside the engine we cant go any higher than this...

next step dry sump and external oil pump with motion through the crank to hit up to 10k rpm....but not yet.....

Love the Rays..

yeah me too....everybody is going csl or replica csl...so tried to be different...

thank you all for the compliments!!!

I hope this makes sense.

I see that you have an euro-spec replica CSL bumper, I was wondering if you used the factory CSL airbox front air pick up tube and whether this lined up with the CSL airbox??

If that doesn't make sense I'll try and get some pictures to explain.

yes i got it !!!

no problem with all the tubing from the csl for the front and bigger hole in the bumper. the one that ends up in the flap of the intake...

the problem was with the second tube of the intake that ends up in the bumper but beside the big hole...
the bumper did not have anything to put it on...so i put the end of the tube in the middle mesh....

i am talking about numbers 9-10 (1st pic ) and 21(2nd pic)

i am now removing these plastic tubes and changing them with some samco silicone hoses cause they are to close to the pulleys and i had some issues there...will post some pics here after the install...

get the bumper and use it to track your car ( if thats what you are thinking ) and save the OEM EXPENSIVE one for later....

Cheers for the reply Nick ... so what you are saying is part number 7 lines up with the Euro-spec bumper intake hole? I've always thought the Euro-spec intake hole was further towards the left hand side (facing the car) compared to the OEM CSL front bumper?? Sorry for all the questions.

actually number 7 barely touches the front if you get better fitment you should not have any problems
i used a samco tube there to make the connection....
