Towbar for 1999 735i

Friend of mine from Norway has a 1999 735i. Cars in Norway cost a fortune and so do the parts. He bought the 735i when it was 5 years old and it cost the best part of £50k!

He asked me to look out for an original BMW towbar. BMW p/n is 71601095249.

Is this something only available from BMW? Anyone any idea's how much they are?
