To be honest, it's far better if we all agree on a date and then it's up to the individual to book everything themselves. Everyone can share info on hotel, tunnel times, etc. so some can travel together.

It's just not fair to do it as last time unless everybody pays up in full when they decide to go, with no return of funds unless cancelled with at least 15 days notice.

Might seem harsh but it's not fair to leave others picking up a bill.
