Guys,
Want to dyno a CSL - but it won't rev past 6k on the rollers.
Any advice?

Nick, I had the same issue on mine. It's a well known CSL thing on the dyno.
However, no-one would tell me how to get round it so I don't know either!! :banghead:
PS Was it Andy's car?
you need to find a synchronised dyno (front and rear).....your car doesn't rev after 6 because the 4 wheels just don't turn at the same speed and the computer system of the car just prevent revving....i know one of these dyno in..............................france:thumbs:

Yes, thats the one - we had a dyno day on Sunday which was a roaring success, 29 on the rollers and loads more just turning up for the day.
So we need to do another one sometime soon and I want to be prepared. There was a 7series with the same problem as well.

Not always - there is a little CSL trick.. couple of twists of the key and a prod or two on the asc button.. trouble is I have forgotten the sequence!

Try john Thorney motorsport for a rolling road would be my advice :thumbs:
Not all rolling roads know how to do the M power cars.
