May seem like a silly question as the car is designed for one purpose but has anyone had any trouble getting anything fixed if they mention they have been on track?

At the end of the day this car was designed for track use, i don't see how they could put anything on you.

I remember reading somewhere your not covered if tracked, as said why mention it ;)

I think most stealers would be fine with any warranty work resulting from 'hard driving' use and shouldn't ask any questions...! They just wont touch any aftermarket stuff like BBKs, exhausts, suspension, etc.
