Well it is a nice cold dry night in Scotland, so I took the CSL out for a Blast
round Linlithgow, what a Noise and some great B roads.
This takes all the thoughts out my mind. It is all about just the drive and the hard acceleration and the down shift blips and right into the next turn hard on the throttle then blast out tail squiring under acceleration
What a bill drive and the Falkens 452s are working well.
All at legal speed i must add :smt077:smt077:smt077:smt077:smt044

Can you think of anywhere safe that we could go drifting up our way? Without attracting attention!

Now we're talking Steve! I'm going to have a right good think now...
Lathallan was always a favourite but the police caught onto this! :blalalala:
Crail do drift days but if you get it wrong its the hay bales! :bigcry:

Oh oh oh, I see it coming now. A mass turn up of CSL's for a drifting day. As long as we can get rid of the bales, I am game for it!

Go for it Mark, try and find out.
I also *might* be able to arrange for Andy Walsh to come up and do driver training if anyone is interested?

There used to be a skid pan the police used at addiwell but they built a prison on it now :banghead:

Great idea.....I would definately be keen to get involved in this. Pretty much an oversteer novice so would be great getting a bit or practice in at Crail with its decent run off areas!
I was also looking into doing the Andy Walsh driver training at some point this year so if he was able to come up all the better.

There's a skid pan at Tulliallan Police training. Do you think they'd let us on for a couple of hours, just for a larff???

This was the email i got from Crail
For a private day or at an event? We only have 28 days of use so we maximize this. And due to this our days for 1 or 2 cars are not viable.

Willie Robertson
Looks like we need to find a new venue :bigcry:
I have a nice airfield by me that you can hire for £100 a day!
Marked out track on it which would be good for drifting!
We use it for setting up shifters, Launch control etc on the bikes!

Ooooooooooh, you just down by Brum, South of Liverpool neck of the woods? Pardon me, but I just googled 'Shropshire' to see how far away from us you are. About 3 hours Mark, we could make a weekend of it. Pretty cental for everyone else too! Would be a more relaxed affair than a 'Proper track day' Take a tent and a cooler full of Ale and we're laughing! :hahaha::hahaha::hahaha:

Used to live in Stone, now in Knutsford - business is based in Newcastle under Lyme. I've spent many weekends at Seighford running in engines that I've built for my race car. Years ago I could pay £10 and have it to myself for the whole day when it was still run by the old lady who owned it back then - I just used to hang the key up on the farm house door and push a tenner through the letter box when I had finished. There was a couple of times when a plane tried to land while I was on the runway - a quick flyby used to get my attention, so I'd pull over and they would come in to land and their second pass - happy days! Even blagged a go at flying his plane for a few runs in the race car. How times have changed...........
Yea we have been going there for 10 years +! Now its run a little better but you still have to go to the farm for the key!

Don't you mean 'Baz' mate, or did Daz mention being home too? :hahaha:
We'll need to get a public calender up so we can all put our dates on it, that way we can try planning around everyone...well, me and Bealo anyway!
*Edit*
I know this may sound like a daft question but if I add something onto the Calender, can everyone else read/see it? Or is it just the person who made the entry?
