Just contact BMW or the warranty division direct
I had a look round on here and found the answer.
All i need to do is ring them when i want to re start and thats it!

Im paying mine monthly with the idea that I'll cancel during winter months (October - Feb) which should save me ~£288. Costs an extra £80 to pay up, but you can cancel it at any point which is nice.
Hopefully the car wont break while sitting doing nothing

Don't forget that when you re-start it, it doesn't come into effect until a month from the day you re-start it. ie, do it today, warranty comes into effect 23rd April.
