Hi all, my 3rd time of pondering.....

It might be that my current M3 V8 is to leave the building in the next few weeks, and it got me wondering where all the high mile cars went, as all I have seen for sale recently are the sub 85K examples which are well out of my price range.

Might come to nothing, but got to be positive. ;)

If anyone know of any high miles examples, that may need some tlc, as long as they have the majority of the csl interior still, (suppose live with Recaros etc) please PM me in confidence  as I know we want to protect the values of the cars, but having sold 2 of them, already I know the score lol.

Big regret selling my last SB, but life gets int he way and live always wins, and doesn't care about you hobbies.

cheers all

J.

Prefer SB but can settle with SG. 106K is decent for age. Will take a look!

SB’s usually have lower mileage due to the time spent washing them rather than driving :blalalala:

Love that the thread took on new life.

After starting the thread, I did find and run and sell an 114K example, but I'm always on the hunt for the SB CSL Bargain lol. Its all the budget allows.

Just need to use the Z3m Coupe as PX :hahaha: Wink Wink.

I wish, I only ever trade down lol, got stung on my 2003 C4S, and then again on my E92 V8. Not sure anyone would watch my progress is it were a TV show lol.

My wife has taken reduced hours, and even less now since Covid-19 so more humble dealing lies in my future unless the lotto comes in.

:

I lost a car in last two weeks because I didn’t move fast enough, gutted - could have been the same car. I’m looking for SB or SG. I want a car to use so not too bothered about miles.

Maybe you lost out to same high mile SB i was chasing.

The SG with 86k looks good but need to hold out for SB.

Hello all and sorry for the hijack of the thread again. I’m potentially in the market for a higher mileage CSL also and wondered if anyone was pondering selling one on here.....? Hope everyone is doing well. All the best, Will.

Depends on your budget, even higher mileage cars don’t come as cheap as people think or expect.

I’ve not seen a sub £30k CSL for years.

Neither have I! Nothing seams to be cheap these days does it! Either way, I’m open to discussing and willing to chat to anyone who is on the fence / considering selling. Think it’s nice to use forums like these. I sold a lovely 1991 Saab 900 Carlsson on a Saab forum hence the small space in the garage.... Cheers all.

There's definitely nothing sub £30k, pretty sure a car for breaking will fetch £30k.

Seems like no CSLs coming to market at moment.

Don't get to check back here often enough but hopefully something comes up.
