About to book this years' service and have previously always used elms, but looks like chandlers been getting good reviews (http://www.cslregister.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13998). Sticking with main dealer and interested to know which do people think is better right now?

I took my 1st CSL to Elms (and previously Murketts) due to Gareth being based there. A good amount of CSL knowledge arose from the original Murketts team.

By the time I had my 2nd CSL, Gareth was no longer at Elms and James (Monkey) had left Munich Legends to join Chandlers. If you want to go to main dealer then I would suggest Chandlers, James and the team there have been great.

If you are near Peterborough, then Sycamores are really good - they have three master technicians and is the dealership that Gareth recommended after he left Elms.....

Thanks guys. Think will drop James @ Chandlers a line (Peterborough's more difficult to get back from...).

James at Chandlers in Brighton get my vote. I think i have already posted on your linked thread but I had the differential seal done there recently and a compression test a couple of weeks before that.

Best of luck and do say how you get on. James is excellent with his communication.

Had my Insp 1 and few other bits including minor warranty work (reversing sensors, paddle microswitches) at Chandlers. Feedback same as below, James + the team there are excellent. Nice courtesy car (new 3 series estate, better than mini's I've had previously...), great at keeping me informed + up to date with e-mails and calls (car was there 5 days) and sorted me out a free plaque! Definitely highly recommended  Thanks, James!!
