Recently changed jobs giving me weekends off..Up nice and early washed the car off and spent the entire day in the CSL, cracking couple of runs over hartside pass to Pooley Bridge. What a bloody car these are, handling and engine note to die for. Lots of talk about values etc but it makes no difference to me as I won't be selling..Still completely smitten after 18 months . :smt055

great road to be having fun on . Did you drop down from Alston into Teesdale too ? Some of my favorite roads in the UK up & around there and perfect for the CSL

I was out in my old Porker yesterday ... luckily following a mate in his mk2 escort who was cruising at 55 ( never been that slow in my life on the stretch of road :) ) , as it appears North Yorkshire police have now resorted to hiding in the bushes with a speed camera on a tripod on the old stretch of the A1 .

I cycled hartside on coast to coast on Friday. Saw a tricked up m235i on it, but did think how great it would be to bring the CSL up there. If I saw you it would have helped me up the hill just that little bit quicker! :supz:

Run was basically from the A69 all the way across to Pooley Bridge, hartside is local to me so try and get up there as much as possible. It's a fantastic road I must admit. Don't envy you cycling over there lol. I'm supposed to be doing the C2C later in the year!

We started Whitehaven and finished at tynemouth staying in Alston. Great experience. Worst part was the 6hr drive to the start up the M6!

Anyway back on topic, CSL looks great
