Ebay account deleted

My sister sells alot of things on ebay, and she just recently sent someone an item - which they apparently didnt receive.

The buyer reported her and Ebay has deleted her account. :bigcry:

What can she do?

eBay are twats. I've just sold an item through there and I don;t hold out any hope of them helping me if there's problems.

The very first time I tried to use eBay for a purchase the seller messed me around - complaining to eBay acheived nothing.

That's bang out of order, the only thing to do is complain and for her to put her side of the story across

She emailed them explaining the situation but hasnt heard back yet. Hopefully she'll can get it sorted.

She had a 100% rating and was selling so many items she had to upgrade to a business account! Surely that should count for something, and prove that its a genuine mistake.
