I like white very much!

White is very nice! When i go for the New E92 M3 i think it will be white unless a grey comes up!

I know BHP figures are hellish, (after having mine dyno'd at 311 the other day!!!) but he's going on the same RR as I did in 2 weeks. I will post my graph when I get it. :'(

I LOVE :smt055 Steve's car. Saw it at the 'Ring last April.
I am still considering getting mine done, but then I go and clean it and I fall in love with mine again so can never quite decide.....:(

On the BHP front. My E46 M3 was dyno'd @ 269bhp!!!!! :banghead:And then 299bhp!!!! :banghead:
The M3 is well known for not reaching it's 343bhp, but it's normally around 320-330bhp.
Looks top, this car was the reason I bought my csl after watching it in germany :notworthy: it was SG then.
I hope steve will be at the ring on the last weekend in july to show us all the way round :supz:

Nice pics...and do like white on cars but not that fussed on the CSL for some reason. Perhaps pics don't do it justice.

good reflection on how he drives it round the ring, never in a straight line always sideways :supz:

he took my mate for a passenger lap and he said it was an experience not to be missed. I declined the offer as I had seen some previous pics of his ring exploits ;) (and it was wet in April ) looking back I wish had jumped in :banghead:
Great pics

I thought CSL were only Grey or Black- what's the history behind this white one?

It was a Silver Grey CSL, Steve has had it stripped, roll cage fitted and re-spayed white.

After having a white Evo, dont think I could put myself through the cleaning regime... Was a nightmare but absolutely stunning with the right backdrop.
Would consider a wrap in time if the stone chips keep on coming :bigcry::hahaha:
Hope this car is at the ring in July would like a look in real life!

Just noticed this post  Mark is a top class photographer and came up with some really nice shots.
Ref driving on the ring, 2 years ago I was too cocky and thought I knew what I was doing, that was just before I binned it chasing the ring taxi :hahaha: After that I had it resprayed white, and more importantly started driver training with www.carlimits.com (http://www.carlimits.com), and that is the single best thing I've spent money on (car related) in my life. *Highly* recommended, the knowledge gained has saved me numerous times from binning the car at the ring since.
Some are faster (blue e30 m3s ) and some are slower, but the main thing about the ring is having fun and playing it safe - if anything I think I'm slower now than before because I've seen the nasty side of the ring - mates getting carted away in a helicopter and not knowing if they're going to make the night or not, that tends to sober you up a bit.
I prefer the ring in the wet now - dead quiet because everyone stays in the car park, you've the track to yourself and you can go drifting
Hoping to be there at the end of July.

just sold mine, now i'm........slower.............but i have the a/c; and stereo:thumbs: and more confident when driving on a wet Ring
hope to meet you on the ring:beer:

.
You've hit the nail on the head! It amazes me how many people push beyond their limits on TF days - there are no trophies at the end of the day. Always best to finish a lap in one piece knowing that you could have gone a bit faster, rather than buying some armco whilst trying to prove it.
