boot floor repair, yearly inspection

hi guys
mines due for its first yearly inspection ,just wondering if its worth having it checked as bmw said they wont do anymore warrenty work on it if it fails again
your thoughts please

Why wouldn't you want to get it checked,the problem won't go away just because you don't know about it.
