Was a lot of fun, struggled a bit in the morning but managed to start stringing corners together later on after some help from MSV and a few other participants.
If anyone goes to one of these at Oulton, ask Jay for a few laps in his AMG Merc - fookin amazin and a great guy
There was another CSL on the sidelines in the afternoon - looked good mate if you're on here :supz:

Clean CSL's are great to see but DIRTY ones are equally as good.
Glad to hear you had a good day, top man.

Is it best to run with Cups on the back and Supersports on the front to do this kind of thing :)?

I'm no expert, only second time I've done it.
I think something grippy up front to get the turn in and help combat understeer but something looser at the back, MPSS & Cups too grippy I think, the instructor also said the MPSSs were digging in and cutting short the slide.
MPSS prob perfect on the front as Cups would lose grip in the wet.
As I say, I'm no expert - might be nonsense.

The car has Paintshield along the side panels and the whole front end so no damge whatsoever, but the rear bumper looks to have taken a bit of road rash. Nothing too serious though. Barely patina.

Good to see the plates getting an outing and being used as intended.
No NJ? He usually turns up for drifting sessions - well he did last year. ;)
