Silverstone Auctions

Took the CSL down to silverstone auctions today.

Saw a very nice 964 that I may buy. Sleeping on it tonight. May need to store it as CSL was epic today.

Also chatted to a collector who bought the M3 CSL plate on a CSL last year. Now on 8000 miles and not being used. Paid £70000 for it a year ago, added to his collection of 70 cars!

Out of interested a 2006 M3 CS with 18k on the clock sold for £25000 including fees.

When that car was originally advertised, it was up for £79K and had 9,536 on the clock!
Perhaps he's only driven it in reverse? :hahaha:

Haha maybe. The old boy seemed a bit unsure. He picked up a speedster and Japanese import 930 today

Was tempted with that CS but decided a 2nd CSL is a better investment
