I don't understand the CF worries, are you worried they will be stolen?

I suppose it depends where you are, mine gets parked on the street no worries but I wouldn't want to leave it parked in London too long.

Would be ideal in my eyes as a daily but, I live in Derby and work in Central London so it isn't going to happen.

just want to really guage, is it ive-able to drive every day

CF parts - worried they can get stolen, but I guess it really depends where you park.

working 10 miles from home and the car would be parked on streets.

Totally liveable day-to-day as long as you're prepared for a bit of harshness. I used mine every day for about 8 months last year until I really started to like it and wanted to keep it special, so bought a little cheap runaround for things like supermarket duties and short journeys.

I've used mine as my daily for the last 5 years. It's always filthy and in the summer develops an extra layer of dead bugs.. ;)

cant see why you wouldnt use it as a daily , ( apart from maybe the mileage aspect )

I use mine for normal stuff like the school run, business meetings etc . Most practical car I have . Seats I find more comfortable than many others , driving position is spot on. Suspension is firm , but as a driver I dont really notice it. Even the SMG makes it less work in traffic than a manual.

Luckilly I live in the country, so additionally there are plenty of opportunites to open her up & have fun ... and thats got to be worth it

I will admit, passengers have a different view :hahaha:

No, but I think that's the point. I don't do a massive amount of miles but every journey is or can be special. I had BC Coilovers and recently changed to KW V3's. Irish roads are a disaster for any coilover equipped car so I'm currently fiddling with the rebound settings with bump the softest.
Speakers are upgraded to Kenwood (don't know the model but they fit the OEM apertures) with a small amp in the boot off the standard head unit. Not very 'lightweight' but not Max Power either!

I'm with 73CSL on the passenger thing.. :hahaha:

80 mile round trip per day so everyday is out of the question.

I have this year however started to leave the car outside overnight.

Well just one night so far. A small step on the road to combating "Wash it til it disappears syndrome." ;)
