Just picked the car up from Elms Bedford and very impressed overall. Pretty small dealership compared to some, certainly felt like you got the personal touch
Courtesy car wasn't great, but apart from that highly professional, honest, good communication and showed care for car. Claimed it was parked inside over night, which I believe, and rang to ask about washing the car. Understood it was special
Always been impressed with Simon at Elms Bedfors body shop but nice to know the service guys are good too.
Still think I have clutch slur but will fight that another day!
