32 hot here too
I started at 32 cold at Anglsey on Sunday and after 5 easy laps I was at approx 39 all round so put them back down to 32 then did about 8 slightly harder laps and they were all up to about 36 that time - put them back down to 32 again and felt great.
I think that equates to more like 22 cold though! It was obviously not a hot day either so maybe need to let more out on a hot day.
I have heard some say 30 hot too but I have not tried going that low, I am happy with the feel at 32 hot.
They do seem to take a long time to get up to temperature though on a cold track.

i find 32-34 hot depending upon track conditions
you tend to find if you then left them cool down fully it works out at 26-28 cold but best not to let them down to that before your first lap but let them warm a little first :119:

Like Shimmy says, start off with lower pressures. I do the same, start at 26psi and check them after 3-4 laps. 32psi hot works well for me but I'm checking them all day to maintain that.

ok. thank's !
I run at 30-32 hot on my Clio with the cut slicks so that sounds just right.
