On this forum, all know that CSL is the best of the best
However.
At values of circa £50k & upwards (meaning we will drive them less), what else is out there that folk on here would consider to offer:
A great driving experience & no concern about puttiing on modest mileage & decent residuals.
Some suggestions: Cayman GT4 (65k basic), Cayman R(about £40k) & 996 GT3 (50k'ish), E30 M3 220ps

Have to agree except the average csl will need 10K in addition
1M cars are fetching mid 40'sK for the top examples.
I have been dreaming of a Porsche 997 GTS.
I miss a manual gearbox sometimes and I am not a fan of modern BMW designs.
It would be hard to see the CSL go though.

My old fella has a 997 gts with pdk. White with black wheels. The sports exhaust is lovely. It's a car I'd recommend highly!!

Never expecting it to appreciate, but hoping depreciation will be slow. That's why the mini jcw went.
How about an Exige V6 Cup?

Sold my 964 Turbo to part fund my new CSL .
Lovely cars always have special memories of it.
I'd be in the market for a Cayman R. Values are still strong but finding one with a manual box, sports buckets and aircon is the challenge.
