I also have his number, he sent me a pm when I first said I was looking to buy once Aviva coughed up. Had a chat and he said to call back when that time came.

I guessed it was his when I saw it. Sent a text asking if it was and got a one word answer just saying "yes"

So, seeing as any info wasn't really being offered, I've done a bit of research myself this morning and spoken to the sellers, Elms and Bartletts.
