But still prefers the new gt3.

but how can it lap the N ring 10 seconds faster then the csl? they have almost the exact same spec, weight too. someone explain :banghead:

More modern tyres and suspension technology. Lower COG as well, I reckon. Mid engined set up is usually faster too.

Because it's a much better car?

Just because a car has the same power and weight does not equate to equal track times. Maybe similar accelerating times.

I just wish they did the gt4 in pdk!

Well of course he would... At twice the price too!

But look how he was raving about having a gear stick & clutch pedal. Obviously flappy paddles do not spoil the fun.

The CSL underneath is hardly any different to a stsndard m3:
Whereas the GT4 is half gt3 and half custom to gt4.

Bmw did a fantastic job with the e46 chassis, no doubt.

Brakes - well not just brakes, COG, gear ratios perhaps but most CSLers swap out the standards for more substatial . . . substancial . . . errrrr . . . bigger brakes pretty quickly.

no audio options? You have almost everything else....

how do you feel about tracking the PCCBs?

Yes, i will leave the audio stock from Porsche. About the PCCB, from my previous experience with this kind of brakes i can tell you that it needs the proper temperature to work. I can't say
that there are the best solution for street use though. I want the Cayman for track use only although i've heard something about an upcoming version of it for the track, the cup version. I will have to make a decision soon!
