As I seem to say every time I post on here..I'm fortunate to have two CSL's sitting at home. I've long pinned for a 996 Turbo as well and would be interested in doing a PX deal with someone who is looking to go from a 996 to a CSL.

My requirements for the 996 Turbo would be;
Manual gearbox
Low, mid mileage.
Full Porsche main dealer service history
Excellent condition
Coupe (not cab)
Ideally it would have the Aero Kit
Ideally it would have the X50 pack as standard and be the S model.

In return the CSL is silver, has just ticked over 61,000 miles. Is in really good original condition, with full BMW service history and excellent tyres all round.
All the wheels have recently been refurbished and the the front bumper and splitters have been resprayed/relacquered to so it should be ready to go for summer.
Briefly, the main options are climate, Xenons, parking sensors.

I do tend to mollycoddle my cars and have had a few little bits that annoyed me tidied up. For example the rear seats centre console gets scratched if you go anywhere near it. I've had mine taken out and resprayed to correct those tiny scratches.

Drop me a line if this, admittedly unlikely scenario, fits your circumstance.

Cheers
Peter

P.s. Those with GT3's who have not realised how much the price of their car has rocketed are welcome to apply!

Can you drop me a pm if you're interested in selling outright?

Thanks!

Have you parted company with it yet Pete?

You know my position ref waiting for cash to come through and would definitely be interested in it.

Thanks to all those who have contacted me. I've tried to personally replied to you all and I hope you got my message (not always sure if it's been sent as a PM)

At the moment I'm still looking at a PX. It just seems easier and I don't have too much spare time at the moment to go through the sometimes painful experience of selling a car privately.

996 TT prices have certainly rocketed these last 12 months and I can't help but feel that CSL's are a bit behind the market at the moment, value wise, so am not desperate to sell.

The price gap between a GT3 and CSL is wider than I've ever seen and you'd not be surprised to see that close up a bit.

If I do sell I'll post the ad up on here first.

I can't help you out directly, but I have put a post up on 911uk forum for you to see if anybody there is interested.
