The noise, it never leaves you.
I've had a few cars over the years, each special in its own way, but the CSL's noise has always been in the back of my mind since I sold my last one. Actually one of the reasons I remember the noise so well is we also have a BMW i3 (great car) at home!
Cannot stop thinking about the CSL, even to the extent I go on youtube to listen to CSL vids!
It's time to buy another one. I truly blundered over the Xmas period by not buying Exvlge's car (now with toenheel), I was spending countless hours researching subframe nonsense. Massive blunder.
Anyway, for anyone looking to sell, I'd be interested to hear from you. Happy with either SG/SB, needs to have climate/air con and Xenons. Pretty flexible on mileage.
In no rush to buy, so happy to wait for the right one.
Cheers, Taz

Good luck in the search, fab cars. I've owned a few cracking cars and this is the best drive yet. Pretty sure given time these will be worth a lot of money.

This was a total fluke purchase. Saw a car for sale on PH classifieds that I was after, called up to buy it and discovered the owner had a CSL too amongst his fleet. Really nice chap, ended up doing a deal on both cars.

Fate, so it was meant to happen. What was the original car you set out to buy?
Sounds like the csl is low millage if the seller has a fleet of cars.

Original car which I did buy from seller was an Audi A2, had been looking at something like that for a while as I really like our i3 and wanted something similar for school run stuff.
CSL isn't low miles as such, 51k, but has been sparingly used since the seller bought it about 8-9 years back. Fortunately the servicing has strictly adhered to the warranty pre-requisites so will need to think about putting one back on.

A2 havnt seen one of those on the road for ages. Nice car for the school run. 51k sounds good to me. Average just less than 5k/year so the car is not sitting there rotting away. Did you have to twist his arm to make him sell it?

I guess a bit of twisting but with a gentleman's agreement that he absolutely gets 1st refusal if I decided to ever sell. I have name down for potential M2 CSL, so that will be the crunch point.
Thanks Yanto / Leins CSL :)
