There's a thread on Cutters about the rear creaking noise. I've done the fix on my car, but as it's now tucked away I'm not sure if it has banished the noise.

Spot On  more often than not it's the two upper parts of the 60/40 split/fold down seats rubbing together and/or against the opening aperture due to misalignment.
Mine was chronic right after I got my Cecil back from the boot floor repair :banghead: fortunately our Garther got it sorted by readjusting the upper rear seats and replacing broken upper near side seat bolster

Hi Mark
i think its most likely the rear seats, how do you sort this,
@cslsuperfan - hahahaha the engine noise soon drowns out the creaking
Thanks

You can re ajust the rear seats or drop them down and pop a little silicon spray along the top back rubber part when it meets the rear shelf
